DecisionOne Brings 180 New Full-Time Technical Support Jobs to Its Tulsa, Oklahoma Call Center

FRAZER, PA --Nov. 18, 2004 --DecisionOne announced today its Tulsa, Oklahoma, Call Center will be hiring an additional 180 full-time Wireless Technical Support representatives in the next several weeks. These new positions are essential in meeting growing demand from DecisionOne Remote Technical Support customers, who rely on customer support representatives at DecisionOne's CityPlex Towers Call Center facility to handle rapidly increasing call volumes.

"This is our fifth recruitment campaign at our Tulsa facility in the past 18 months," explains Jeff Uthoff, Vice President of Call Center Services at DecisionOne. "When this effort is complete, we'll have provided well-paying technical career opportunities to an unprecedented 2,100 people in the Tulsa area - people who will help us to proactively meet and exceed the requirements of our quickly expanding base of remote technical support customers."
