The Center for Business Intelligence announces the 4th Annual Pharmaceutical Contact Centers Forum
WOBURN, MA -- Nov. 30, 2004 -- The Center for Business Intelligence (CBI) will hold the 4th Annual Pharmaceutical Contact Centers Forum on January 27-28, 2005 at the Loews Philadelphia in Philadelphia, PA.
The forum will focus on leading edge customer service and call center practices. Forum participants will hear first hand case examples from keynote speaker, John Di Brango, RN, BS, M. Ed, AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals.
